For couples who want their painting to arrive fully finished and ready to display, I offer a handcrafted walnut floating frame built specifically for your artwork.


Each frame is custom-made to complement the scale and depth of your painting, creating a clean shadow gap and heirloom presence without distracting from the art.

Frames are custom-built by Blind Rabbit Woodworks, a studio specializing in heirloom-quality hardwood pieces.

Gallery Wrapped (Unframed)

All paintings are delivered gallery wrapped and ready to hang as part of the base package. Framing can always be added later if desired.

What’s Included:

• Premium Materials – Professional-grade acrylic and oil paints on a gallery-wrapped, heavy-duty canvas
• Live Painting at Your Event – Up to 6 hours of live painting, including 1–3 hours of early arrival for background details and reference photos
• Studio Finishing – Up to 24 hours of studio refinement to enhance details, balance colors, and apply a protective varnish
• Turnaround Time – Please allow approximately five weeks after your wedding for the painting to be completed, fully dried, varnished, and safely shipped
• Delivery Included – Your finished artwork is carefully packaged and shipped to your home at no additional cost.

Booking Details

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time. This retainer is applied toward the final artwork.

If your event is postponed, I will do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. If the event is canceled, the retainer remains non-refundable but may be applied toward a commissioned artwork of your choice.

PAYMENT. Full balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding or event.

HOW IT WORKS

A step-by-step guide to your custom live wedding painting

Whether you’ve seen live wedding painting in person or it’s completely new to you, this guide will walk you through exactly what to expect, from booking to the final brushstroke.

1. Reserve Your Date

Once you’ve chosen your canvas size, I’ll send over a simple agreement and collect a 50% deposit to officially secure your date. I’m always happy to answer questions or help you decide what size and scene is best for your day.

2. Planning & Inspiration

A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll connect to discuss the moment you’d like captured (ceremony, first dance, reception, etc.), your venue details, and any special elements you’d love included, such as your bouquet, pets, or meaningful decor.

3. Wedding Day

I’ll arrive 1–3 hours before guests arrive to begin painting the background and capturing the setting. During the event, I’ll continue painting live, blending in key details and special moments as they unfold. Guests love watching the process, it adds a unique and personal touch to your celebration.

4. Studio Finishing & Framing (If Selected)

After your wedding, I bring the painting back to my studio for final refinements, smoothing out details, enhancing colors, and applying a protective varnish.

If you’ve chosen the framed finish, your painting is professionally framed during this stage so it arrives fully completed and ready to hang.

5. Delivery

Once dry and beautifully finished, your painting — gallery wrapped or professionally framed — is carefully packaged and shipped to your home, ready to hang and enjoy for a lifetime.
